Job Description

ENDIPREV has a current vacancy for a Junior Project Manager with experience in the field of Wind Energy. This is a full time position based in Flower Mound, TX. It does not allow for remote work. Candidate must be a U.S. Resident, or authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Endiprev is an internationally recognized wind energy corporation. We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. Our teams work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines (OEM).

We are seeking a highly resourceful and organized team-player to fill the role of Junior Project Manager in our USA office. This person should preferably be an experienced wind turbine engineer or technician and with an interest in developing the skills needed to practice effective project management.

Role

The Project Manager will be one of the key members of the US organization and as such will be responsible for project oversight and project management for a specific set of projects, under the guidance of Senior Project Managers.

Location

This full-time position will be based in our Flower Mound, TX Office.

Project Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from start to finish;
  • Approve hourly staff records (e.g. times, description of work, etc.) to be communicated with the client;
  • Perform billing for projects according to contracts and customer requirements;
  • Send invoices to clients ensuring they are accepted for internal approval within the established payment deadlines;
  • Provide technical and organizational direction for the development of the project from the definition phase, through the implementation and completion. Project manager will work to guarantee successful completion (e.g. ensuring the execution of the project meeting deadlines (“on time”), the scope of work to be performed (“on scope”), high-quality standards (“on quality”) and budgets of costs and income (“on a budget”);
  • Manage the interaction with the client and their expectations in relation to the project’s execution and result; develop long-lasting relationships to ensure continued collaboration;
  • Perform regular meetings with clients and the team;
  • Prepare and update the project plan and coordinate the teams’ work together with the Site Manager and the Planning Manager;
  • Monitor and assess the progress and state of ongoing work together with the Site Manager and the remaining project team staff;
  • Allocate tasks to the proper resources;
  • Ensure compliance with the project’s planned budget;
  • Verify and validate the work performed by the teams;
  • Coordinate mobility needs along with Logistics and Human Resources staff;
  • Suggest internal process improvement along with possible solutions;
  • Manage the team’s development, ensuring that project tasks are in accordance with each employee’s career interests when possible;
  • Search for information about the risks to which the project team is exposed in each task, and ensure that this information on occupational health and safety is shared with the whole team. Ensure the team complies with safety instructions provided by Endiprev, its clients or other legal or normative requirements in the industry;
  • Comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

  • Aware of the importance of communication and documentation;

  • Good understanding of contractual aspects;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of ERP
