VP Operations

• They utilize its patented EPS technology to deploy battery packs without incurring repurposing costs.
• BESS are interconnected to the grid, selling energy and grid services into wholesale markets.
• BESS have been operational since 2020. Their second grid connected energy storage system has been operational since November 2023.
• A third facility is now being converted from PV to a hybrid BESS facility. Additional BESS are in development.

Job Description And Responsibilities

• Leading and managing operations staff and contractors who design, build, and deploy BESS
• Build out the operations team, in conjunction with company leadership
• Working with company leadership to define strategic goals
• Lead team negotiating contracts with suppliers, engineering firms, contractors, and other third parties
• Lead team which handles purchasing
• Developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting safety and quality control/assurance procedures

Skills And Experience

• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Project management, cost control, schedule development, and risk management skills
• Highly motivated, process-oriented self-starter who thrives in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within schedule constraints
• At least seven (7) years of experience with EPC work in power systems development and engineering
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience leading people and projects
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
