Quality Leads: We provide you with exclusive leads from individuals who have expressed genuine interest in solar energy. These are warm leads ready for you to close.

**Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound calls to leads provided by On Point Solar Power.
– Engage with potential customers to understand their solar needs and preferences.
– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.
– Close sales and finalize contracts with customers.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in solar sales is required.
– Proven track record of success in closing sales and meeting targets.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
– Must be able to commute to the office for calling sessions.
