Job Title: Vice President of Sales, BESS

Location: Remote, US

Travel: up to 50%

Our client is a turn-key provider of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.

About the Role:

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing critical client relationships, and implementing strategies that expand the company’s market share, particularly within the battery energy storage sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute business development and sales strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospects to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing tailored solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Explore new markets and partnerships, conducting research to stay ahead of industry trends and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate on contract negotiations, offering recommendations on pricing, contract terms, and managing associated risks.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business targets and respond to market conditions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment on goals and provide valuable insights from customer interactions to guide product and strategy development.
