The Role:

The VP/Partner of Engineer will play a key leadership role within the entire organization, with direct management of the electrical division. This individual will be responsible for bringing new clients to the firm, growing revenue from existing clients, overseeing the electrical engineering design process, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role reports to the President of the company

Responsibilities:

• Business Development and Client Engagement – The primary role of this position is to generate revenue for the firm by bringing new EPC customers to the company
• Build and maintain strong relationship with new clients and existing clients to further book of business
• Lead and manage engineering projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate with Project Management and other disciplines to deliver projects on time
• Point of contact for utility scale clients
• Oversee and approve electrical engineering design
• Develop and train engineering team

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 10 years working on utility scale renewable proejcts
• Ability to bring over pre-existing clients
• Bacehlor’s degree
• PE
