VP Engineering – BESS/Long Duration ES – Electrical/Power Electronics

I’m looking for an elite leader to join my client whose technology will be crucial to the long-term success of long duration energy storage.

This person will lead the development & scale-up of BESS solutions and oversee a team responsible for all aspects of Hardware, Power Electronics, and Electrical Engineering design for their battery energy storage systems.

Qualifications:

• ESS/BESS industry experience – Proven track record in project development, management, and successful delivery
• At least 6 years experience leading engineering teams within major battery development & production companies
• Plus: background in electrical/power electronics
