Job Description


The Energy Aspects North American Power team is looking for an intern for summer 2024. Successful candidates will work with the team on building out tools and analysis to investigate power demand growth, renewable generation build and power supply changes over the rest of the decade – with an emphasis on the Eastern US markets.

Duties

  • The intern will work with the power team on projects to enhance our generation databases, manipulate external data files and complete analysis on the overall North American generation mix

Requirements

  • Have strong excel skills
  • Have a working knowledge of Python
  • Ability to manipulation and analyze structured data
  • Have a demonstrated interest in North American power and energy markets
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Be self-motivated with a good work ethic
  • Work well with a team
  • Be able to work full-time in our New York City office
