Job Description

Position Overview:
POWER your career with Qualus and join our talented Learning & Development team known for creating and implementing our industry-leading Qualus University Boot Camp programs. Our Training Coordinator will be responsible for administration of the QualU learning management system as well as supporting logistics and event details to implement training programs. You will support the creation of learning plans, coordinate training events, and ensure the smooth execution of our industry-leading training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the learning management system (LMS) effectively to track and retain training documents, attendance, and course completion for reporting and accountability purposes.
  • Building courses in the LMS, course assignments, and management of the LMS calendar.
  • Supporting QualU email inbox including responding or escalating as appropriate
  • Support of third party and client training assignments and portals
  • Supporting creation of training reports from the LMS
  • Building surveys for delivery upon completion of course including but not limited to the feedback on course content, amenities, and other components of the training activity or course
  • Support of event logistics for training programs. Including but not limited to: room set up and AV, materials creation and duplication, refreshments or F&B ordering, travel, social events, mailing/shipping, and registration
  • Supporting QualU training communications
  • Staying aware of external training opportunities through certain industry channels
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote training programs and encourage participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent on the job experience with 1-3 years experience in training, event management, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills in interacting with management, technical support staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of training and development and training modalities
  • Ability to support or manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize initiatives
  • Prior experience with administration of a Learning Management System preferred (UKG Pro Learning or Schoox a plus)
  • Strong technical ability including, Power Point, Word and Excel, experience in course building software such as Storyline or Articulate a plus
  • Basic video editing skills a plus
  • Travel up to 10% as needed to assist in training facilitation or coordination
