What You’ll Do
As a Tier 1 Partner Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our partners, providing top-notch customer support. Whether it’s through phone calls, emails, or chats, you’ll assist partners with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and guiding them through our product offerings. No two days will be the same as you collaborate with partners to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support Preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
