We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Canada.

What you will do
  • Develop existing and new customer relationships within sales territory, to serve as a strategic partner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Responsible for securing, negotiating, and maintaining customer agreements.
  • Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing and growth programs for customers.
  • Gathers input from other company functions to fully satisfy the customers needs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales, Insides Sales, and Customer Service to serve customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions in assigned territory and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
  • Pipeline and forecast management for current and prospect customers along with evaluating opportunities and risks.
  • Communicates regularly and prepare reports on key performance indicators and sales progress within the sales funnel/cycle and achievements.
  • Perform all duties ethically and in full compliance of all laws, safety, and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

Who you are
  • 5+ years of successful sales or related experience. Industry and product experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Knowledge of packaging and label industry is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
  • Required Travel: 60%
  • Excellent negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication oral and written skills, ability to relate well with a diverse constituency.
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and business ethics.
