Technical Software Product Manager

As a Software Product Manager, you will drive the technical strategy, roadmap, and deliver solutions across suite of software products. You will partner closely with software engineers, internal and external stakeholders and other product managers to advance the use our software platform. In addition to enhancing functionality of software platform, the Product Manager will be responsible for crafting and developing solutions that leverage our low-code development platform.

This is a career defining role for a person who has strong prior hands-on software development experience with low-code software development platform who can rapidly shape and build solutions to address market needs and deliver transformational value to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities{{{{:}}}}

• Define product roadmaps, product requirements, develop and deliver software solutions
• Own and grow product solutions and features through entire product lifecycle
• Understand software product portfolio and technology platform to formulate, test product hypotheses through iterative Agile approach
• Make informed decisions utilizing product metrics, customer insights and support data
• Engage directly with stakeholders including customers, partners and subject experts to shape and deliver solutions
• Define success metrics and evaluate investments in product development to ensure they are creating value for our customers and our business
• Lead cross functional efforts across engineering and sales to bring products to market
• Represent the voice of customer to engineering teams to successfully define and deliver compelling solutions
• Communicate and maintain the vision and roadmap for software solutions
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of our products
• Be user experience champion on the team to guide product UI/UX design
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Product Management experience with cloud-based commercial SaaS products
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Product Management or related discipline
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS solutions to market using Product Management methodology covering full product lifecycle from concept through launch
• Prior hands-on software development experience preferably developing solutions with low-code software development platforms
• Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills with experience developing Business Case, PRDs, MRDs, Customer Journey and Use Cases
• Expertise with Product Management methodologies, best practices and tools
• Ability to partner with software product leadership, engineering and cross functional teams from concept, design through delivery of software products
• Ability to multi-task working across multiple concurrent product initiatives in different stages of development

The compensation range for this exempt position is $87500 – $205,000. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This provided range may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
