PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for partnering and cultivating relationships with Primoris hiring authorities to understand hiring goals both current and future, role requirements, and relevant criteria for candidates.
  • Accountability knowing and continually developing within Renewables.
  • Proficient in high-volume sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and scheduling candidates with the hiring managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience by meticulous follow-through and follow-up during recruitment stages.
  • Proficient in leveraging various recruiting channels and methods to increase candidate pipeline through, calling, texting, emailing, social media, referrals, community outreach and workforce solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar ATS system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Responsible for weekly/biweekly meetings with hiring managers to build trusted relationships for staffing.
  • Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar ATS system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or some college with “at least 3 years of tangible experience” staffing for professional renewables, engineering, craft, and construction positions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Experienced managing a high requisition load.
  • Experienced managing multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
  • Proficient in UKG/UltiPro or a similar ATS.
  • Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Pay Equity

$78,745 – $102,078

Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
