SVP, Renewables Land Acquisition, Originations

A leading investment platform focusing on real assets and sustainable infrastructure is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead their land acquisitions for Renewables.

The SVP of Renewable will develop and maintain relationships with developers and business owners to acquire, service, and retain a portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure. The primary goal is to assist in building and managing a scalable, world-class investment and acquisition platform as part of the originations department. The SVP will work with the C-Suite to set strategy, guidelines, and parameters for the organization’s renewables vertical.

This is a remote-friendly position.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently generate a high volume of deals with renewable energy developers.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with originations, underwriting, and legal teams.
• Create innovative and competitive pricing strategies and capital solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Establish and nurture deep, long-term relationships within the renewable energy developer community.
• Provide guidance to the team on lead generation, marketing, due diligence, and closing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Over 5 years of experience in land development or acquisition.
• Expertise with the renewable energy industry’s development processes.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of influencing without authority and working effectively in a collaborative team setting.
