We operate in three divisions: Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Renewables, and Rock Trenching. Our company works on projects throughout the western, southern, and midwestern United States. IMMEDIATE OPENING AVAILABLE AT A PROJECT IN WARRENTON, MISSOURI

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Full-time travel position to various project sites.
  • Successfully perform all Superintendent responsibilities for managing and overseeing directional drilling projects from beginning to completion; supervise multiple projects when applicable.
  • Participate in and enforce all aspects of company Safety Program.
  • Recruit, train, and direct all personnel for the directional drilling team.
  • Maintain and ensure consistent and accurate field reporting including daily reports, extra work orders, safety logs, and incident reports. Be able to identify and track additional work beyond scope.
  • Develop and maintain owner, service, and vendor relationships.
  • Inspect all equipment onsite daily and report to management with needed repairs.
  • Track project quantities for record keeping and billing in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of construction industry experience in directional drilling.
  • 1+ years acting as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent responsible for managing crew of directional drilling operators and laborers.
  • Conduct self in a way that represents the company in a safe and professional manner.
  • Ability to work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office program suite and web-based construction management programs.

  • Annual Salary: $125,000+ based on experience
