Strategic Supplier Associate

Vanguard Renewables is the premier anaerobic digester developer/owner/operator in the United States. Our closed-loop anaerobic digestion process converts organic waste and cow manure into green electricity or renewable natural gas as well as other related “value-added” products. Our head office is in Weston Massachusetts, and we are funded by institutional capital partners. We currently have over twenty projects in development operating in over thirteen States. We have a plan to continue to aggressively expand into other domestic markets.

As part of the Organic Solutions Team, the Strategic Supplier Associate will work with the team to provide overall administrative, operations and sales support to the team. Many of the accounts will be utilizing services from our Organic’s recovery program as well as strategic partners throughout North America. This is a role that requires a high level of organization and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for responding to sales requests, obtaining quotes to support the sales team and general operational support with above average administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing & new customers account onboarding and quotes
• Generate sales quotes and onboarding of new suppliers in Vanguard Systems
• Key member of the business operations support team, coordinating field services
• Documents sales activities and general account management in Salesforce (CRM)
• Manage requests to achieve best in class client support; internal and external
• Passion for sustainability and extremely well organized

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS)
• 2+ years’ experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proven ability to manage complex customers relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite
• Salesforce experience preferred
