Your role

As a member of our Global Digital Workplace Experience & Collaborations team, you deliver modern experiences with a focus on digital satisfaction. You play a key role in enabling AES people to have an optimized and secure digital experience from everywhere.

What youll do

As our DWX Sr. Endpoint Engineer, you have a comprehensive understanding of the management of the Windows PC platform in a global enterprise environment where you create and maintain software deployment packages and deliver exceptional user experiences with a high standard of execution and ownership. As an advocate of automation, you identify and implement process improvements to ensure scalability and cater to self-service as well as manage our endpoint virtualization platform. You evaluate software requests and make recommendations considering industry best practices and business needs. You contribute technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting of complex issues and develop and maintain technical documentation. You provide advanced analysis of identified vulnerabilities and work within a team to develop and deploy mitigation plans. You share your functional expertise to the develop, implement, and support new service standards, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure integration with key requirements. You provide technical guidance to team members, engage with vendors, and develop technical specifications, and provide budget requirements.

What youll need

  • Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent technical school, training, experience
  • 5+ years experience with Intel-based systems administration and PC system development
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, TCP/IP networking protocol, LAN/WAN, Endpoint virtualization platform including VMware, Azure, and Remote Desktop Services Host, Microsoft System Center Configuration, Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, application packaging/deployment; Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL reporting, and PowerShell
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong team player with initiative, adaptability, communication skills, and resilience
