Job Description

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Data and Analytics division supports the worlds largest, most sophisticated, and systemically important organisations in the financial industry with innovative solutions, underpinned by our industry-leading data, technology, and global partnerships!

The Senior Customer Learning Manager serves as the financial markets & workflow expert at Refinitiv/LSEG. On any given day you will be collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to craft and update customer facing training content suitable for live classes, videos and/or documents. You will become the face of our company for learning, often leading intermediate to advanced level classes and covering market topics!

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance a customer learning path
  • Build or enhance all customer learning path classroom materials & video scripts
  • Develop on demand learning videos
  • Ensure translated content is aligned to the latest versions of learning path courses and support subtitling of videos if required.
  • Deliver intermediate to advanced level classes
  • Coach/Support Associates delivering beginner level classes or CSMs covering non-English classes
  • Deliver and/or Partner with internal experts on market topic webinars and lead all aspects from preparation to post session follow-up activity.
  • Review attendance stats, view rates & customer feedback. Adjusting your offering accordingly.
  • Support key programs & initiatives (e.g 90-day customer onboarding, customer certifications).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in English with clear pronunciation
  • 5+ years markets experience preferred
  • demonstrated ability training on (Refinitiv) solutions and customer workflow expertise
  • collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills and knowledge of outcome-based learning
  • Demonstrates leadership skills
  • Enjoys coaching and elevating performance
  • Proactive, resourceful, attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills preferred as well on-line presentation softwares (i.e., WebEx, Teams)
  • Undergrad preferred or related experience, and CFA designation encouraged.
Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,500 – $162,700.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
