Position Specific Description
The Customer Service Major & Governmental Accounts (MGA) team is looking for a Sr. Customer Advisor to support Federal, National and State accounts.
The Sr. Customer Advisor position will deliver superior customer service to our largest revenue producing Commercial/Industrial, Governmental and National account customers. Employees in this role will provide a highly proactive level of customer service and focus on enhancing customer relationships and partnerships.
This position will be responsible for developing customer advocates through their relationships as well as leveraging those relationships to implement strategic company business initiatives as appropriate. The Sr. Customer Advisor will know their assigned customer’s business at a very strategic level and strive to become a trusted energy advisor.
The top candidate should have a strong bias for action, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, including delivering presentations to executives when required; represent the FPL brand at external customer events; and be able to use, promote, and adapt quickly to technological changes. Experience in Power Delivery, and CRM is a plus.
Position can be filled within any FPL service territory.
