Summary:

This position is for a Solar Superintendent role with a focus on electrical racking module experience, as well as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) knowledge. The Solar Superintendent will oversee craft employees, subcontractors, and field engineering activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and performance expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, verify, and report on construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule; track and report on completion of project schedule activities and commodity installation.
  • Assist craft/subcontractors in resolving problems and report issues related to electrical racking module installation, drawings, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety.
  • Develop a stable working relationship with assigned subcontractor(s).
  • Administer the execution of work packages and equipment installation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
