Role Overview:

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Clean Energy Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team, playing a critical role in our growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to advance their career in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct canvassing and door-to-door techniques to generate leads and set appointments for our experienced sales closers.
  • Utilize effective marketing techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with upper management to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends through ongoing training and updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, inside sales, or solar sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively generate leads.
  • Familiarity with the technology sales or software industry is a plus.
  • Ability to market products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
