Solar Topps is seeking Senior Solar Service Technician to grow their career in the solar field. Prior Electrician or Solar Service Tech background is required. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers full benefits and HUGE room for growth and advancement.
3+ years of recent Electrical or Solar Service Tech / Field Experience Required
Consistent 40+ hours per week with paid lunches, paid travel time, and 150% paid overtime.

Requirements
- 3+ years Prior Solar Service Technician experience is required
- 3+ years of recent Electrical or Solar Service Tech / Field Experience Required
- 2+ years experience Diagnosing and Troubleshooting DC/AC systems
- Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Able to properly read blue prints and safely use all power tool equipment.
- NABCEP certification is Preferred
- Fluent in English (Bilingual is Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose/troubleshoot both Rooftop Solar and Downstairs Electrical Installations
- Provide solutions to various system issues (envoy reconnects, CT issues, etc.)
- Replace malfunctioning solar hardware
- Travel with company vehicles to multiple job sites (daily)
- Communicate with homeowner prior/during service site visit
- Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors to provide updates on work performed
- Assist with the removal and reinstalls as needed
