5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally with a background in direct sales.

A passion for coaching and mentoring sales teams, with a proven record of driving results.

Expertise in building a scalable sales process and managing teams to top performance.

High-energy, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator who leads by example.
