Job Description: We’re on the lookout for an experienced Solar Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team of solar sales representatives and canvassers to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of solar sales representatives and canvassers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Represent Talker Marketing with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in solar in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of solar energy technology, products, and services.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $200,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
