– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists
– Introduce our products and services to potential customers
– Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level
– Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system (Salesforce)
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads

“`Qualifications“`
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
– Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of technology sales, software, or technical products is a plus
– Ability to effectively market and sell products over the phone
– Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 contract

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dallas, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
