**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and have a strong technical background. If you are a multilingual individual with excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

– Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships

– Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends

– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives

– Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients

– Provide technical sales support to customers as needed

**Experience:**

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or outside sales role

– Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

– Fluency in Spanish is a plus

– Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly

Job description

  • you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.
  • You will educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy, assess their energy needs, and design customized solar solutions to meet those needs. Training to help meet those needs will be provided.

We are a growing Sales team looking for Direct Sales Representatives to join us in this forever growing Solar Industry. This is a great opportunity to earn multiple six-figure income progressively over time. The average team representative earns at least $70-$100k their first year, and our exceptional reps can make multiple six figures.

What you’ll do as a Direct Sales Representative:

  • Generate leads in a retail environment.
  • Identify and Assist homeowners in qualifying and transitioning to clean energy.
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals.

Pay: $69,673.00 – $100,000.00 per year
