As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:

– Conducting door-to-door sales visits to residential areas to market yourself and services

. – Engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

– Building and maintaining a positive rapport with homeowners to establish trust in the solar consultation process.

– Utilizing persuasive sales techniques to encourage homeowners to schedule appointments for in-depth solar assessments.

– Maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, and interactions in the CRM system.

– Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of scheduled appointments for follow-up consultations.

– Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments and conversion rates.

– Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish to engage with a diverse customer base
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients using software tools

Requirements:

– Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
– Strong background in outside sales with a successful track record
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Knowledge of solar sales is advantageous
– Demonstrated leadership abilities in a sales environment
– Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
– Proficient in negotiating contracts and utilizing software for sales management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
