Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Sales Rep. As a Solar Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling TREN Solar’s residential and commercial solar installations. This includes conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
