Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, Recruit , Hire , Build , and Train new candidates that will generate appointments going Door to Door.
  • Self Gen a minimum of 5-7 closes a month and run in house pre-set appointments given by the company. Pay for Company generated appointments will be discussed during the interview.
  • Run meetings and Correlation in office 3 times a week and participate On-Doors for In field training 4-6 hours a day Monday thru Saturday
  • Conduct initial qualifying conversations to determine the prospect’s needs and suitability for the company’s products or services.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any concerns or objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including appointments set, leads contacted, and outcomes, using CRM software or other designated tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Experience in Door-to Door Sales and proof of 3-5 years in Recruiting, Training, and Leading teams in the Door-to Door Industry wether it be in Solar, Security, Alarms, Pest Control, Fiber or any other related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability work well with others.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed targets and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating with the sales team as needed.
  • Knowledge of the company’s products or services, as well as the industry and market trends, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking

Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations within the designated sales territory in the DFW Region.
  • Willingness to work 30-40+ hours but be flexible , Days, Evenings, and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Legal eligibility to work as a 1099 contracted directly with us in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and sales guidelines.
  • Must submit to a Full Criminal Background Check To be considered for this position.

Compensation: This is a strict COMMISSIONS COMPENSATION STRUCTURE typically includes a combination of commissions for all Self Gen Closes or Company Generated Leads + overrides+ bonus , with specific details to be negotiated based on experience and performance. You will be expected to meet Timelines, Training Guidelines, Preparation, and Curriculum . Performance and Monthly evaluations will be conducted for the next 90 days and will determine bonuses, trips, and special incentives. Salary will be offered to the right candidate after the 90 day probationary period. For Self Gens and Company Generated Leads you will follow a Redline Model and have the ability to sell and close with competitive pricing. All will be discussed during interview. Redline will be determined upon hiring. We do not discuss during the interview. You will sign an NDA once hired and adhere to all Laws, policies, and regulations
