Solar Sales Manager

The role will involve developing our sales strategy and goals, training and evaluating our sales team, collaborating with sales managers, and ensuring we generate new and repeat business from various solar sectors. Responsibilities:

• Create a team culture that consistently drives high-quality business.
• Analyze sales report data and make decisions based on trends and productivity metrics.
• Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, phone calls, and one on ones to review personal monthly goals, while closing weekly deals.
• Prepare and coach qualified candidates to take on leadership roles.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as determined by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Prior managerial background with experience coaching and leading a door knocking team.
• 3-4 years of SOLAR in-home sales experience at a minimum with a strong personal performance record.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing.
• Flexible schedule- able to work Mon-Sun
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of relationship-building.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in maintaining personal performance as well as training and developing a team of Closers and Appointment Setters.
• Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets.
