Responsibilities

  • As a Solar Sales Manager at Good Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our solar sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets
  • You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of solar projects
  • Manage sales activities from local Lawrence office
  • Lead and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, business owners, contractors, and industry partners
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and consultations to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services, as well as to train sales representatives.
  • Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  • Represent Good Energy Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads
  • Run regular sales meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

  • Target Compensation: $80,000 to $150,000 annually. Combination of base salary and commission
