Solar Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our solar sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, customer service, and renewable energy. This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to build and manage a team, earning overrides on team sales.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company goals
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the solar sales team to ensure high performance
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in the solar sector

Experience:

• Proven and verifiable work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and guide a sales team
• Experience using CRM software
• Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, is a plus
• Background in energy sales, door-to-door sales, technical sales, or related fields is advantageous
