Job Description

Are you an ambitious team-player who is excited about a high ticket sales career? Do you lead by example, have high standards, and love to solve problems?

We are looking for an experienced solar sales representatives to add to our in-house solar sales program. Our company is on pace for over 200% growth in 2024 and actively seeking a motivated candidate to add to our training and management team.

About the Job:

  • Present in-home energy assessments based on solar savings
  • Canvass & use company tools to set and prequalify leads
  • Qualify for unlimited company leads based on performance
  • Expand product knowledge to include roofing, windows, and HVACto take the “Advosy Home” energy sustainability approach
  • Use company applications to manage canvassing operations and CRM
  • Hands-on training with team both in office and in the field
  • Experience in D2D including pest control, alarm systems, solar, home services, etc. encouraged to apply!
  • Team performance incentives and team overrides bonus pay on top of generous personal commissions

About you:

  • Works independently without needing to be micromanaged
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, and hospitality encouraged to apply
  • Sports-minded, competitive, team based mindset
  • Open to learning new skills and being coachable
  • Has reliable smartphone (to utilize company apps) and transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
