Duties:

– Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Skills:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
– Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
– Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
– Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
