Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers.

Your role will involve educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, conducting site assessments, and providing customized solar solutions.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of switching to solar power.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customers’ energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,784.02 – $105,718.39 per year
