Job Description

As a Solar Sales Representative at Sunbright Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and promoting the benefits of solar energy to residential customers. You will attend pre-scheduled qualified appointments to educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Attend to pre-scheduled qualified appointments and present the benefits of solar energy to potential clients through high level sales techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and present terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and solar technology advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Attend company trainings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is heavily preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Orlando, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
