Join our team as a Solar Roof Lead, you will oversee the installation of solar panel systems specifically integrated into roofing structures. You will lead a team of installers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your expertise in roofing and solar technology will be essential in delivering high-quality installations that meet customer expectations and industry standards. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in roofing or solar installation, with a strong experience
• Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
• Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined space
