Solar Quality Manager

Position: QA/QC Manager

Location: Virginia

Project Size: 75 MW Solar Construction

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure quality assurance and quality control processes for a major solar construction project.
• Act as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring that all project work meets specified standards and contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor project quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to quality control activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within the solar construction industry.
• Demonstrated expertise as an Owner’s Representative, with a strong understanding of project standards and contractual obligations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in QA/QC are preferred.
