Solar Project Coordinator

Solar Optimum has been named Panasonic’s National Installer of the Year for the FORTH YEAR in a row!

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and utility companies at a professional level.
• Review and check the solar plans with the designers and customers.
• Review layouts received from designers to ensure production, panel layout, EPBB and shading report are accurate.
• Coordinate long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Assist with quality control checks on the project throughout the development to maintain standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in solar field operations.
• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards to check the plans.
• Knowledge of utilities requirements for meter spot in CA.
• High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and/or other PM software.
• Familiar with Salesforce and Dropbox.
