**Job Overview:**

We are seeking motivated Solar Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about renewable energy and possess excellent sales skills to promote solar products and services. There are two options available to join our team.

a. Solar lead generator (Ambassador) where you will only submit warm leads with a copy of the customer’s electric bill in to your portal provided for free where you can then track the progress of the remaining process and be compensated a flat $1000 if your lead completes installation.

b. Solar Professional Consultant (Seller) where you will have required training, guidelines to follow which will vary from depending on the available states you will sell in and a required monthly subscription to access a platform software. The average full commission per customer typically ranges between $5000-$8000 when you complete a deal on your own that has installed services. Your first three complete deals will be split with a mentor to make sure you are well versed with the process.

b. Lead generator (Ambassador)

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends

– Engage in activities to generate leads and/or close sales

– Utilize sales software to track leads, manage accounts, and optimize sales processes

– Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure solar installations

– Perform door-to-door sales presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy if you choose

– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

– Drive energy sales by effectively communicating the value of solar solutions

– Comply with all platform rules and regulations

**Experience:**

– Willing to develop a strong understanding of the solar market and industry trends

– Bilingual proficiency would be a plus

– Willing to demonstrate success in sales roles

– Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships

Pay: $103,114.00 – $191,468.00 per year
