Sol Solar is a family owned and operated solar company that was established in 2021, with more than 10 years of experience in the solar industry Sol Solar, has quickly become a leader residential and commercial solar industry for the state of Michigan.

Due to the laws changing in the state of Michigan, there is potential for a brand new market of clients to be able to go Solar. Due to this law, changing, Sol Solar has had an influx of leads.

Sol is currently looking to add , 2-3 Solar Pros to the team. We are currently looking for top-level talent in in-home sales.

Job description,

Solar Pro:

• Weekly meetings
• Closing Pre set appointments
• Ability to Handle and manage rejection
• Manage accounts from sale to install.
• Ability to manage customer acquisition in territory
• Monthly incentives
• Yearly incentives

Locations looking for area managers are the following

• Battle Creek, Jackson, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Flint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
