Job Overview
I am seeking an enthusiastic Solar Opener to join the team. The Opener will be a crucial role in initiating conversations with homeowners about Solar energy and setting the stage for successful customer interactions. Your primary goal is to set appointments with curious homeowners to receive more information about if and how solar energy can help them. Having a Vehicle for transportation is highly recommended. To me, it does not matter if you are a U.S. citizen or not or if you have any work authorization, all that matters is that you enjoy the work and are willing to put in the time and you will be compensated appropriately.
Responsibilities
-Your goal is to attract leads, one of the main ways is doorknocking people’s houses; however there are other ways too
– Engage and interact with potential customers to spark their curiosity in Solar energy
– Create a positive first impression to drive customer interest and curiosity
– Gather customer information (Name, phone number, etc) for follow-up by myself
– Utilize effective communication skills and strategies to convey product benefits
Skills
– Be willing to initiate conversations with homeowners at their door
– Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish and Portuguese, is a HUGE plus
– Experience in outside sales or energy sales is preferred, although not necessary
– Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
Pay:
-I will pay you $25 for each appointment that you set with homeowners and an extra $25 if said scheduled appointment sits down with me for a consultation. -You will also earn a bonus in the form of commission if a homeowner gets qualified to go Solar and gets solar panels installed. More details will be shared once you get to the interview stage.
