Solar Installer: Leader-in-Training Position
Looking for a solar installer to join the team of a small, professional, positive, Madison-based solar installation company. The installer lead-in-training position will have the opportunity to receive training in constructing solar arrays, electrical systems and wiring, system design, and problem solving. then train on-the-job for a crew leadership position within Drews Solar. No previous solar experience necessary.
This is a great position for those looking to get into the renewable energy industry, move into leadership positions, and learn from the best. A chance to use both your brain and your body and work in beautiful outdoor locations throughout south-central Wisconsin.
Compensation starts at $28/hour plus healthcare, paid time off, and retirement benefits. Automatic raises for those who complete on-the-job training and move into crew leadership positions.
Experience (professional or hobby) in building, working with tools, renewables, farm work, or athletics is a plus. Recent college graduates and those interested in a career in the trades are encouraged to apply.
