Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solar crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar projects from start to finish. He will be responsible to get the projects done in timely manner including grid-tied and hybrid.
Responsibilities:
– Install solar panels on rooftops in compliance with project plans and local codes.
– Assemble and maintain solar panel racking systems.
– Connect solar panels to electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
– Do all electrical work that is required
– Troubleshoot and repair issues with solar panels and related equipment.
Skills:
– Experience in Solar and Battery Installations
– Familiarity with inverters like Enphase, SolarEdge, Sol-Ark, EG4 & Tesla
– Familiarity with battery systems
– Able to do ground mounts projects
– Can run a crew to get jobs done
– Ability to read and interpret schematics.
– Understanding electrical components and their use
– Capability to install surge protectors
– Can do Main Panel and Service Upgrades
– Previous experience in solar is must
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.04 – $20.55 per hour
