Job Title: Solar Installer / Technician
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of both PV and Hot Water as well as service and troubleshooting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Duties:
– Build: Construct support structures for installation of PV and Hot water systems
– Installation of all components needed
– Hand Tools Usage: Utilize various hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
– Electrical Work: Assist with electrical wiring and connections as needed.
– Construction Site Support: Provide general support on construction sites as required.
– Low Voltage Systems: Assist with the installation of low voltage systems as part of solar setups.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in construction or solar
– Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
– Willingness to learn
– Ability to carry / lift 50 – 100bls
