Self-motivated, hard-working, and physically strong individuals who can handle a high stress environment while reaping sizable rewards. The solar installer will be responsible for the full installation of our Solar System accounts and photos providing proof of their installation. These individuals will work closely with their Lead Solar Technician and Electrician to make sure that all laws and regulations are followed and we treat our customers and other staff members with respect and care. Being able to lift upwards of 50 pounds, climb a ladder onto the roof safely, and a positive can-do attitude is required. Please note, a solar installer will need to have the ability to pass a background check and also have a valid driver’s license in order to apply for this position.
Pay will be determined by experience and ability level.
