What Were Looking For:
- No Prior Experience Needed! Full training provided to integrate you into our team.
- 1 year of solar installation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Roofing or construction experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and power tools is a bonus.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
What Youll Do:
- Assist in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
- Learn to operate tools, run electrical conduit, and install wiring.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality installations.
Location & Travel:
- Based in central Phoenix, AZ, with required travel to job sites. Transportation provided for job-related travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
