Job Description
Southern View Energy is looking to hire a Solar Installer. Experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to work on rooftops
- Safely use tools and materials such as ladders, power tools, hand tools, tape measures, Solar Panels, and Racking Material
- Work in various environments throughout the year (hot sun, cold temperatures, attics, crawlspaces)
- Perform tasks on sloped and flat roofs
- Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team environment
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Must be willing to work out of town when needed
Employee must be employed for 90 days to be eligible for some benefits. SVE covers travel time to and from jobsites. If out of town work is required, SVE will pay $35/day per diem. Pay will be based on the applicants’ experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
