The role & company

• This is an in office position- no remote
• Minimal travel (5-10%)
• Proven experience in conceptual estimating
• Familiarity with interpreting construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare estimates for conceptual, lump sum, or unit cost proposals
• Attention to detail, Excellent Verbal & Communication skills
• Strong Technological skills (Microsoft Suite & other softwares)
• Team Player, Problem Solver, Collaborative worker

Requirements (desirable, not essential)

• Must be in or able to relocate to Minnesota in the Minnetonka area
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Estimating, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ year of experience as an Estimator in the solar, energy storage, and/or electric power industry.
• Certification in estimating or project management, preferred but not required.
