Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Remote Solar Sales Consultant who will be instrumental in generating leads, educating potential customers about solar power benefits, designing customized solar solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and reach out to potential customers interested in solar solutions.
• Educate customers on the advantages of solar power and conduct consultations to assess energy needs.
• Design tailored solar solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Provide accurate quotes and proposals, guiding customers in their decision-making.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to guarantee satisfaction during and after installations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the solar industry and solar power systems.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales, ideally in solar or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical information to customers.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for assisting others.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in solar design, installation, or project management are a plus.
