Job Title: Solar Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Consultant to join our team. The Solar Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent sales skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties:
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of solar products, incentives, and financing options
– Create customized solar proposals based on customer’s energy usage and budget
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
– Engage in prospecting sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
– Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively position solar products
Skills:
– Proven experience in energy sales or related field
– Proficiency in CRM software
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Strong background in door-to-door or outside sales or call center
– Excellent customer service skills
– Knowledge of solar sales processes and products
– Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
– Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
